Sony PSP-3000 Recall Not a Probability
Author: mase

You might have heard a nasty rumor going around that said that Sony was secretly going to recall the PSP. This rumor got started because of the bundles that were being made for it. There was one with the Ratchet and Clank game that was extremely popular, but there was another bundle that was set to go out and that had a 4GB memory card in it. It wasn’t that popular, and so Sony decided that they weren’t going to make that bundle.
They notified the people who had requested it that they weren’t going to be able to get it, and for some reason some people started thinking that meant that Sony was going to recall the PSP 3000. There isn’t any reason to think that, but the assumption was made and the word was spread.
There are no actual plans to recall the PSP 3000, so those who have one and those who are thinking about getting one shouldn’t let a recall concern worry them.

Games Being Blamed for Kids Sleeping in School
Author: mase

As if there wasn’t enough for kids to get into, and there wasn’t enough for schools and adults to complain about, now portable games like the PSP are taking the rap for kids who are falling asleep in school.Allegedly, portable gaming is leading to insomnia in teens as they stay up to play their games. They get past the point of being tired and so they stay up virtually all night, just playing the newest game or even some of the games that they’ve already played countless times. They can play the PSP quietly and they don’t have to have a big TV operating, so a lot of parents never realize what their child is doing.
Instead, they think that their kids are sleeping when in reality they are killing imaginary monsters in a virtual world that keeps them from getting their homework done and from getting the sleep that they need to function well in class. Then they go to school and fall asleep, which means that they end up getting into trouble for something that could be easily solved.
PSP Game Prinny Coming Soon
Author: admin
Ok. So the video is a bit hard to understand. Unless you are Japanese or something. But I guess you already know it’s cool. Right.
You see, this is one of those psp games we have been waiting to come out to the US. You see, for those of you who don’t know what the psp game above is, well it’s from the funky named “Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?” Not bad name for a game right.
Anyway, Prinny is supposed to be ready for release in February next year. Hopefully Siliconera can even make it a little earlier. I think that would do psp gamers like you and me justice. Now if you’ve played the demo to this, you probably know that Prinny is a cool 2D platformer features Disgaea’s oft-pathetic mascot, Prinny. Now you may be wondering if this is a new adventure. And I gotta say it is. But even though it looks a little easy, I gotta warn you that it’s not. You see, there’s this really hard mode, called Hell Mode. I guess it’s like for those psp gamers who ultimately like “PAIN”. You see, your character will die in just one hit. Not something I like. But hey. Everyone is different.
Anyway, this is worth writing down in your diary and getting ready for. Oh. And if you wanna play a demo version of this. Let me know by leaving a comment below. I’ll make sure I send you the link.

Should You Upgrade From PSP-2000 to PSP-3000?
Author: mase

Well, whether you should upgrade from one to the next depends on how much you use the PSP 2000 and whether you need the external microphone that’s offered on the PSP 3000. Also, if you want to play your games hooked up to a regular TV you’ll need the 3000.For most gamers, though, upgrading isn’t really that necessary. The PSP 3000 does the same things as the other version with the exception of the TV hookup and the external microphone, and most of the other changes are cosmetics and don’t do anything for the user experience other than make it a little more pleasing to the eye. The anti-glare screen may be important to some people, but others have said that they never had a problem with their PSP 2000 causing glare, so that’s a personal choice.
Serious gamers will want to upgrade, and those who have the original version of the PSP will see a drastic difference, but should the typical PSP 2000 owner spend the money for the PSP 3000? It’s not really necessary.

They can spend hour after hour playing solitaire or other similar choices.

You can also play them with your family and friends, and there are ways to compete with PS2 users, which expands your options where competition is concerned. PSP-3001 in the Works Already?
Author: mase

The PSP 3000 hasn’t been out that long, but the PSP 3001 is already in the works. There’s no word on when it’ll be out, of course, but Sony has a patent on it. They’ve registered it with the FCC, which helps anyone who’s interested in knowing more about it, find out a few things. Most of it is protected by laws and regulations that stop people from getting the information, but it is known that the design probably won’t be that different from the PSP 3000 and that the FCC tested for WiFi but not for anything like Bluetooth, so having features that are a lot more advanced won’t likely be something that you’ll see.
Whenever the unit comes out, though, it’s probably a safe bet that they’ll be a lot of great games for it and a lot of different options, which is also true of the PSP 3000 that’s out right now. It moved up a lot when compared with the PSP 2000, so the PSP 3001 likely won’t disappoint.
