Space Invaders Extreme
In tribute to the 30th anniversary of one of the all-time greats, Space Invaders Extreme revives the retro aspect in today’s gaming environment. A number of new features give the game a nice facelift combined with an old school look and feel that delivers action packed fun without ruining the original version. Space Invaders Extreme is basically the same game we all know and love with added challenges that offer a brand new experience.
The graphic style of this game is simple yet attractive. Both the space invading enemies and your spaceship have retained the original design which is sure to be welcomed by fans of the old school version. The special effects give a great presentation with an ever-changing battlefield and dynamic attacks for that authentic arcade feel. The majority of the screen is black with a strong emphasis on contrasting the color of enemies and objects to brighten up the battlefield.
Reasonably priced at around $20, Space Invaders Extreme offers excellent value for your dollar. Just like the original, its simple and difficult at the same time. Space Invaders Extreme is well worth checking out whether you’re from the old school or a new gamer.
